Travel support and co-financing 

These pages provide information on how to get access to DanScatt travel funding if you plan to conduct experiments at a synchrotron, XFEL, or neutron facility anywhere in the world. 

If you are responsible for a course, project or summer school, you will also be able to apply for co-financing of the activity. Please go to the page Co-financing of educational activities for more information on how to apply. 

Your travel funding comes from a budget that is updated and approved by the DanScatt Board three times a year. To ensure the most accurate estimate of expenses, it is essential that the head of your local DanScatt unit is informed about your travel plans and funding request.

If you are unsure which administrative unit represents you, please visit the page Contact. Here you will find the name of the person who is the designated head of your administrative unit and able to answer questions about the local budget.
